Is a career in law possible for the faithful Christian? Won’t it involve inevitable ethical conflicts and moral compromises?
The legal profession often doesn’t get a very good press. Frequently considered deceptive and money-grabbing, lawyers seem to rank somewhere between estate agents and bankers in the public imagination. With that in mind, why would any Christian choose to embark on a legal career?
In this interactive seminar, Jon Hyde (a dispute resolution solicitor) and Rosie Hyde (a family law barrister) will explore with us God’s heart for justice and purposes for law.
As we engage with God’s vision for law we will be encouraged that it is possible – even vital – for Christians to serve Jesus in the legal profession.
The event is free but it would be very helpful if you could confirm attendance to give us an idea of numbers for catering purposes.
